
Designed and produced the first generation website to launch the company. As a category leader, very little competition existed at the time, therefore assumptions had to be made, gleaned from focus group feedback and perceived consumer expectations. Produced a look that balanced business goals with the need to education consumers. Site quickly evolved to include offers and other client driven needs as user-feedback, behaviors and data began to shape the user-experience.
