My Story

I liked to create things from an early age and see where my imagination would take me. I enjoyed constructing, deconstructing, and interpreting the world around me. Legos and blocks soon morphed into art and woodshop classes. Throughout my college summers and in between art shows, I put these practical skills to good use by working as an independent contractor building fences and decks and painting houses.

Soon after graduating from UW with my Fine Arts and Graphic Design degrees, I began working as a designer at a marketing firm. It was not long after I followed my entrepreneurial spirit and started a Design Agency. From there, my passion as a creative leader quickly progressed. At The Seattle Times, I managed the advertising design department and most recently have fulfilled the role of EVP/Director of Creative Services for an Advertising Agency developing and leading the creative department, among other leadership responsibilities.

I provide end-to-end project management, planning, strategy, estimating, creative development, delivery, and more. I’m driven, results-oriented, and have a personable, get-along work style. My experience comprises branding, advertising, and multi-channel design expertise, delivering cohesive, on-message, fully integrated solutions for businesses and consumers alike.
